List of Gun Camos released

Breaking news- a list of the gun camos for modern warfare three have just been released.

It looks to be a total of 54 gun camos with 34 of them being new.

It has been confirmed that fall camo is making a return, and gold camo will still be available.

You will not have to be a high prestige to unlock these camos.

Blind Eye, Assassin, Dead Silence Cause for Concern

Ghost had to be one of the most hated perks in Black Ops, and rightfully so. Many people who used it just sat in  corners just to shoot anyone who ran by. Now with the announcement of the perks for Modern Warfare three, people are beginning to get angry with three certain perks. With the combination of the perks Blind eye, Assassin, and Dead silence, your player will never show up on the radar. (Unless a killstreak like the blackbird is put into the game)

So many players hated the ghost perk that a playlist was released that banned the perk. In my opinion, it is the best playlist because it is faster paced. Also, no one sits in a corner and camps to get easy kills.

Hopefully Infinity Ward will set up a playlist similar to this if the same problem persists in MW3. However, Infinity Ward has a bad history of listening to its players. There were obvious problems that needed to be fixed in Modern Warfare 2 that were never touched. Perhaps they'll learn from Treyarch and fix their game even AFTER it's released.

Or maybe these three perks won't be a problem at all. But based on history, they will be.

Modern Warfare 3 Perk Breakdown- Slot 3

Perks for slot three.

Marksman- Identify more distant targets at a more distant range, hold breath longer when sniping. Basic snipers  will be cool to see how you're able to identify more distant targets from a longer range.

Stalker- Increased speed while aiming down sights, adds delay to enemy claymores. I don't see increased speed while aiming down sights very useful. Also, adding a delay to claymores won't do much if the enemy uses a bouncing betty.

Sitrep- Detects enemy explosives and tactical inserts, enemy footsteps louder. Combines hacker and ninja from Black Ops. Not a bad perk, good if you own a good pair of headphones.

Steady Aim- Increased accuracy from the hip, recover quicker from sprinting. This perk will be DEADLY when paired with slight of hand. Can't wait to run both of them with a smg or smaller assault rifle.

Dead Silence- Quieter movement, recon does not work as well against you, no fall damage. Sigh. Another perk that keeps you off the radar. We'll have to see how the "ghost" perks work out.

Modern Warfare 3 Perk Breakdown- Slot 2

List of perks for the second slot.

Quickdraw- Faster aiming, recover quicker from using equipment. Takes the pro part of slight of hand from Black ops and makes it its own perk. The quicker recovery from equipment could be helpful when using flashes or stuns.

Blast Sheild- Increased explosive resistance, immune to flashes and stuns. This is the perk I'll be using. Combines flak jaket and tactical mask pro from Black Ops which were both great perks. Can't wait to run a class with this one.

Hardline- Killstreaks take one less kill, two assists count as one kill, deathstreaks require one less death. Interesting thing about this perk is that the pro version allows assists to count as kills. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten BS assists. This will surely help with that.

Assassin- Immunity to UAV, portable radar, thermal radar, and heartbeat sensors, immunity from counter UAV, and EMP, no red cross-hair over your name. Ohhhhhhhh boy. Here we go again. More noobs sitting behind doors with the annoying perk gunning you down. I can tell this will be one of the most used, yet most hated perks in the game.

Overkill- carry two primary weapons, second primary can have two attachments. Pretty good perk, I like the idea of having two primaries such as a sniper and SMG.

Modern Warfare 3 Perk Breakdown- Slot 1

Perks have been announced, so lets break them down, slot by slot. Here are the perks and additional info for the first perk slot.

Slight of Hand- Allows you to reload quicker, and you will also be able to switch weapons quicker. The pro ability will allow killstreaks to last longer than usual. This perk will not allow you to aim down the sight quicker like in black ops. This perk is a must have for me, not only because of the faster reload time, but because of the ability to switch your weapons quicker. In Modern Warfare 3, unlike in black ops, you can have secondary guns that are much better than pistols and launchers.

Recon- Explosive damage will mark targets, bullet damage will mark targets. This perk is great because it takes away the ability for a player to hide when shot. This is going to lead to more gunchases when engaged.

Blind eye- Undetectable from UAV, faster launcher lock on, more damage to air support. This is basically ghost from Black ops. The faster lock on time could prove  very bad for any air support killstreaks. It is already annoying being shot down from your chopper gunner after working so hard to get it.

Extreme Conditioning- doubles distance able to spring, climb things faster. This perk is great for run and gun classes, but takes a hit because it is in the same slot as slight of hand. You are no longer able spring infidelity
anymore.

Scavenger- Replenishes ammo from dead enemies, start with more ammo. One major change scavenger has from black ops is that it replenishes equipment. This means that unlimited claymores will once again make their return.

Possible Problems with Modern Warfare 3

We've all been there. Running around with a 7 killstreak on High Rise, feeling good, when all of a sudden some kid with a noob tube ruins it all.

"Noob tubes" or grenade launchers were just one of the problems with Modern Warfare 2. There were many, many, problems other than grenade launchers such as commando, one man army, and even danger close. The average gamer may be thinking, "Obviously, Infinity Ward is going to listen to their customers and fix the problems with the game." Fortunately, this is true, as many of the issues with MW2 were addressed and fixed in Black Ops and will be fixed in Modern Warfare 3.

However, one reason why future problems with Modern Warfare 3 would never get fixed is because Infinity Ward doesn't update their games once they're released. Treyarch did a great job updating and fixing Black Ops throughout its lifespan. They even introduced the express playlist, which did away with the most disliked perks- ghost and second chance. The key for Modern Warfare 3 being a good game is if they update it frequently and listen to their players.

Modern Warfare 3 compared to Battlefield 3

Well, it's November again, and we all know what that means-a new Call of Duty is about to be released. This year, the third installment of the modern warfare is being released in what is possibly the most anticipated Call of Duty, and possibly most anticipated first person shooter of all time.

Now, as I write this, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3's most fierce competitor has come out. Many people try to compare the two games, but in my opinion they are very different.Here's why;

The biggest difference between Battlefield 3 and MW3 would be the style of game play. Battlefield 3 is much more slow-paced, due to its much larger maps that require vehicles to navigate. In Call of Duty, the game play is much more fast-paced with smaller maps.

Battlefield 3, unlike MW3, is much more team and strategy based. In most Call of Duty games, you can easily win a game of search and destroy or even TDM by yourself. In Battlefield 3, you have to use teamwork with different classes such as medic and engineer to destroy enemy vehicles, repair friendly vehicles, or revive teammates.

Overall, it is unfair to try and compare the two games. Although they are both first person shooters, they vary by the speed and content. Battlefield 3 takes a little time to get used to, while Call of Duty is more of a pick up and go shooter. They are both fine games and I would recommend them to anyone.
